Who May Use The Service

You may use Unsaid Feelings only if you can form a binding agreement with One Big Media Company LLC and you use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account.

What The Service Does

Unsaid Feelings is a private emotional writing and reflection platform. It is not a messaging delivery service, social network, therapy provider, crisis line, medical device, or legal advice service. Content written in the app is intended to remain private within your account and is not sent to third-party recipients through the platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the platform, including entries, images, audio, video, journal notes, moments, and contact labels. You grant One Big Media Company LLC a limited right to host, process, secure, back up, and display that content only as necessary to operate and improve the service for you.

You must not upload unlawful content, malicious code, infringing material, sexual exploitation material, threats, doxxing content, or material that violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

Paid Features And Billing

Premium features are billed through Stripe and may be offered on recurring monthly or yearly terms. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Pricing, taxes, billing intervals, and renewal dates are shown at checkout or through billing-management tools when available. If payment fails, premium access may be downgraded, suspended, or limited.

Account Deletion

If you create an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Deletion pathways must remain reasonably discoverable inside the app and through our public privacy choices resource. Certain information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Privacy And Cookies

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. The platform uses essential cookies, local storage, and session storage to support authentication, security, checkout return flows, preferences, legal acceptance records, and core app functionality.

Availability, Changes, And Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, storage limits, or premium tools at any time. We may also revise these terms, and continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security or payment risk, or if continued access would expose the service, users, or providers to harm or liability.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. One Big Media Company LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will be preserved without incident. To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Big Media Company LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, emotional distress, data loss, or service interruption arising from or related to the service. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to One Big Media Company LLC for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
